What's Included In Your Tuition?
What happens if you miss a vocal training lesson?
Rescheduling requires a 24 hour notice prior to the scheduled day and time of your lesson . Rescheduled lessons must be completed within the same week in order to maintain your training schedule. You will also received recorded lessons and training material to make up for the missed lesson. Because we bill tuition evenly throughout the year (including the longer months) you will also have the option to do a make-up lesson on the months where there are 5 weeks. Tuition is adjusted for lessons missed due to holidays or studio breaks.
Every "active" student and parent will have access to there personal Student Portal. You are able to view calendar lesson dates and make-up dates, account information, and make payments through your portal.
How do the payment plans work?
There are no long term commitments and tuition is billed each month. To make it super easy for you, payment is automatically deducted from an account of your choice on the 25th of each month to reserve your lesson days and times for the very next month.
You are welcome to cancel or adjust your plan anytime prior to your payment deduction. Any cancellations or plan adjustments must be in writing via email.
